Bryan' Research
The research that i have done for the the question involved lots of reading and looking up countless research in databases and newspaper articles such as New York Times and Providence Journal and a very difficult task was looking up scholarly pieces to add which were long and were hard to be able to find a report that was relevant to our topic.The research involved having lots of information about how the new plans on teacher evaluation was being used and ways to help teachers become better teacher.

What did your research teach you about your original question? How would you sum up what you've learned?
Bryan- Overall my experience on this project was that i could not have imaged that teachers were in a threshold with evaluation, test that there students take, but also that they needed to be interrupted to be able to have students be more ready to take a test compared to actually learning the material. it can already see that it is a difficult task to be a teacher but i can see that even with these interruptions that there are still great teachers that i have personally seen and now thinking that, i am also sure that i can be able to be a great teacher as well and knowing the history and about the reforms is a great knowledge to have.
